Writing: ghost- and copy writing, proof- and beta reading & more…
Every kid has a dream, some want to become astronauts, others fantasize about archeology. I wanted to be both, and on top of that, an actor and a singer. But all those passions faded away over time, but there was always that one passion that stuck around: writing—which I didn’t even realize until I was 18 years old.
Eventually I started blogging, writing my book and I learned different writing styles.
Ghost writing.
A ghostwriter is hired to write literary or journalistic works, speeches, or other texts that are officially credited to another person as the author.
Copy writing.
Copywriting is the act or occupation of writing text for the purpose of advertising or other forms of marketing. The product, called copy, is written content that aims to increase brand awareness and ultimately persuade a person or group to take a particular action.
Translating.
Since I was raised bilingual, and love to write, translating comes as naturally to me as breathing. To date, I have translated numerous websites, official documents, e-mails and more…
Proof reading.
Proofreading means carefully checking for errors in a text before it is published or shared.
Beta reading.
A beta reader is usually an unpaid test reader of an unreleased work of literature or other writing (similar to beta testing in software), who gives feedback from the point of view of an average reader to the author.

Webdesign and marketing.

Graphic design, illustrations, murals and art.
Hi, this is my wife, Nellen Crosby-Wakum. She’s an artist and helps me with graphic design for all my entrepreneurial ventures, as well as illustrations for my books. She also designs advertising material, business cards, logos, brochures, flyers and more for my webdesign clients. On top of that she also designed our wedding invitations and designed numerous birth- and death announcements.
She’s also designing the cover of- and illustrating my upcoming book.
Oh, and she also does murals! How cool is that?
